Humans were never meant to carry the struggles of life by themselves. We all need a little help making sense of things, learning the skills we may not have had the opportunity to in childhood, and to work though tough moments in a safe and empathic space.

At Body & Mind Health, we offer personalised therapy to help you navigate whatever has got you feeling stuck in life. Whether that’s stress management, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, anger and frustration, addiction, self-esteem and confidence or chronic illness.

Not based in Sydney? Don’t have time to come into an office? Or maybe just not ready to leave the house (that’s okay).

Our online services allow you to access the help that you need at a time that suits you.

Workshops


We didn’t all grow up with the opportunity to learn how to navigate life skilfully. For a lot of us, life is about growing into the best version of ourselves which takes practice and lots of learning. Our workshops cover a range of important skills such as mindfulness, meditation, coping and communication.


Couples


Relationships are such a huge part of our life. However, they can be difficult. Learning how to effectively communicate and connect to our partner can be a source of deep satisfaction and happiness.
