Following the philosophy that all people are whole, complete and have the capacity to be physically and psychologically well, Scott focuses on providing skills and strategies, and identify existing resources and strengths to support his clients in quickly returning to their best.
Scott encourages his clients to identify the issues they are struggling with before working on a realistic action plan. Scott’s goal is to help you adapt and thrive, no matter what your circumstances, by providing psychological counselling and encouraging nutritional and physical wellbeing.
Kathryn Gale is a Registered Psychologist with over 20 years of experience in providing personal therapy. Kathryn works with people who feel stuck, burnt out, anxious, depressed, or struggling to navigate a work or personal relationship.
Kathryn has extensive experience working with mums to be, new mums and more experience mums, helping them to
navigate through the various circumstances that motherhood can present.
Whether seeing individuals or couples, Kathryn provides a safe, non judgemental environment to explore issues, improve self understanding, and provide strategies to connect with inner strength and resources.
Kathryn is a Certified Meditation Teacher undertaking training at the Deepak Chopra Center and is a qualified Nutrition Consultant, giving her a broad understanding of the connections between stress, nutrition, physical health and mental health.
